Do you only work on TPO roofs?
No. We install TPO, but we repair leaks on most commercial flat and low-slope roofs, including PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen and built-up roofs.
Why is the leak not where the stain is?
Water travels on a flat roof — along the deck, insulation and seams — before it finds a way down. We trace the path back to where it actually gets in.
What is a TPO recover?
A new cover board and TPO membrane installed over the existing roof without tearing it off. It only works when the existing roof is dry and code allows another layer.
Can you work while my building is open?
Yes. We plan commercial work in sections and around your hours so tenants and customers aren't disrupted.
